Responsibilities: EP Elite participants will be assigned engineering work with the opportunity to gain experience within their discipline of study.
Pipeline Engineering internships cover one of the following specializations:
Corrosion Control & Pipeline Services – Applying technology
to protect people, pipelines, and the environment by controlling
the effects of corrosion.
Measurement – Expertise and support for the technologies
used to accurately determine flows and energy content entering
and leaving the pipeline system.
Project Management – Manage all aspects of engineering
and construction-related projects for pipelines.
Design Engineering – Responsible for automation and
controls for the pipeline system..
Plant Services – Provide technical support and direction for
field operations compressor facilities, including equipment
analysis, performance enhancement, air permit testing
requirements, mechanical soundness, and equipment repair.
Planning – Perform high-level design of new pipeline facilities
using pipeline simulation models, data analysis tools, and
operational knowledge.
Exploration & Production internships cover one of the following specializations:
Geoscience – Application of geological-geophysical skills
through 3-D seismic analysis to formulate project economics.
Engineering – Drilling, new well completions, measurement,
and production operations.
Landman – Land Administration-Lease Records & Division
Order, Commercial Development, Contract Administration,
and field work with experienced brokers.
