LeaderShape Program

LeaderShape Texas provides undergraduate students at Texas A&M University with a six-day leadership development experience. Student participants gain an understanding that leadership development is a lifelong journey involving vision, relationships, and integrity. Ultimately, the program provides students with the outstanding leadership skills that the El Paso Corporation looks for in new recruits.

Texas A&M Fall Engineering Career Fair

El Paso Corporation teamed up with over 250 companies and the Texas A&M Engineering Student Council to participate in the Fall Engineering Career Fair, one of the largest student managed events nationwide. Throughout the day, Team El Paso met many interested students wanting to participate in our Summer 2010 EP Elite intern program.
