FERC Information

Colorado Interstate Gas filed its FERC application for construction of the Raton 2010 Expansion on September 10, 2009 and received an order issuing certificate on April 29, 2010 under docket CP09-464-000. Construction commenced on June 25, 2010 and the project is expected to be ready for service on December 1, 2010.

Additional information on the project can be found at the FERC’s Web site at Docket No. CP09-464-000. Also available on the FERC’s Web site is a citizens’ guide entitled: An Interstate Natural Gas Facility on My Land? What Do I Need to Know? Letters containing complaint procedures were mailed to all affected landowners in accordance with the FERC order.
