Diversity and Inclusion
One of the strengths of El Paso is the diversity of our employees. We believe that successfully executing our business strategies depends upon contributions from people with dramatically different experiences, backgrounds, education, and perspectives.
With that in mind, the LEAD Committee was formed. LEAD stands for Leveraging Experiences and Differences. The Committee is working towards a culture of open-mindedness, respect, and fairness that embraces and leverages the diversity of our workforce.
