As long-term demand for clean-burning natural gas continues to grow, our Pipeline Group, will continue to play a critical role in linking supply with demand. To meet that challenge, we will build on our proven track record in project execution and continue to deliver reliable operations and outstanding customer service in support of El Paso’s drive to become the top execution-focused company in energy.
Taking advantage of our unique strengths in the supply and market regions, and realizing the need to continue to effectively manage our inventory of capital growth projects, our strategy focuses on three areas:
- Continuing to provide high-value service to our customers through industry-leading connectivity. From new shale play production, to new gas-fired power plants, we are committed to building the critical first and last mile.
- Taking advantage of the size and scope of our operations by pushing efficiencies and sharing best practices across our pipelines and, in fact, our entire organization.
- Continuing to pursue growth opportunities beyond our current capital projects inventory. Our capital projects reflect a deep understanding of the macro environment as a result of our broad experience in every facet of the natural gas market.
