The El Paso Midstream Group’s Camino Real Gathering System project, owned by Camino Real Gathering Company, L.L.C., is designed to provide producers in the fast-growing Eagle Ford Shale play of south Texas with much-needed gathering, transportation, delivery, and storage infrastructure. The Camino Real gathering systems and related facilities, located in LaSalle County, are designed to meet the needs of both natural gas and oil producers, and includes construction of:
An 83-mile, 6-to-12-inch diameter natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline with a capacity of 150-170 million cubic feet per day.
A 68-mile, 6-to-12 inch diameter oil gathering and transportation pipeline with a capacity of 80,000 barrels per day and a 15,000 barrel per day oil terminal with blending capability.
We expect the natural gas gathering system to be fully operational in the summer of 2011 and to place the oil gathering system in service in the fall of 2011.
