The pipeline facilities will be constructed in four segments as follows :

  • Line No. 250A will consist of approximately 84.7 miles of 24-inch and 30-inch outside diameter pipeline commencing at CIG’s Cheyenne Compressor Station in Weld County, Colorado and traversing in a southerly and southeasterly direction. Approximately 72.2 miles will be located in Weld County and approximately 12.5 miles in Adams County, Colorado.
  • Line No. 251A will consist of approximately 58 miles of 24-inch outside diameter pipeline commencing at CIG’s Watkins Compressor Station in Adams County, Colorado and traversing in a northeasterly direction to CIG’s Fort Morgan Compressor Station in Morgan County, Colorado. Approximately 37.2 miles will be located in Adams County and approximately 20.8 miles in Morgan County, Colorado.
  • Line No. 252A will consist of approximately 14.9 miles of 30-inch outside diameter pipeline interconnecting with the proposed Line No. 250A in Weld County, Colorado and traversing in a westerly direction to a new interconnect with Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo). All of this segment of the project will be located in Weld County, Colorado.
  • Line No. 253A will consist of approximately 6.1 miles of 24-inch outside diameter pipeline commencing at CIG’s Watkins Compressor Station in Adams County, Colorado and traversing in a westerly direction to CIG’s existing East Denver measurement adjacent to Smith Road. All of this segment of the project will be located in Adams County, Colorado.

The project’s measurement facilities will consist of 10 meter stations. Six will be located at the interconnections with Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. and Rockies Express Pipeline LLC in Weld County, Colorado; Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd. in Morgan County, Colorado; CIG’s proposed Totem Natural Gas Storage Project in Adams County, Colorado; CIG’s Watkins Compressor Station in Adams County, Colorado; and CIG’s existing Spruce Meter Station in Adams County, Colorado. Four other meter stations will be constructed at interconnections with PSCo in Adams, Morgan, and Weld Counties, Colorado.

Finally, CIG will construct all other necessary piping, communication, and associated facilities at the above-listed locations. These will be used to operate and monitor the project.
