County Maps
The proposed Elba Express Pipeline will consist of approximately 190 miles of 42” and 36” diameter natural gas pipeline in Chatham, Effingham, Screven, Jenkins, Burke, Jefferson, Glascock, Warren, McDuffie, Wilkes, Elbert, and Hart Counties, Georgia, and in Anderson County, South Carolina. The preliminary route can be viewed on the county maps listed below. The project team is currently working with stakeholders to finalize the route.
