Project Facilities
The Elba III Terminal Expansion Project will be a further expansion
of the existing Southern LNG Elba Island facilities located in Savannah,
Georgia.
The project consists of the following general facilities:
Storage - LNG storage having a net working capacity of 8.44 Bcf;
Vaporization - Additional submerged combustion vaporizer units having a combined firm capacity of 900 MMcf/d; and
Other - As applicable, related pumps, piping, controls and appurtenances necessary to accommodate the associated tank and vaporizer unit(s).
Phased Project Development
The Elba III Terminal Expansion Project's facilities will
be installed in two phases. Phase 1 of the project will be targeted
for an in-service date of mid 2010 while Phase 2 will be targeted
for an in-service date of late 2012.

Two MCC buildings (one with local control room) and compressor shelter |
